Thank you for shopping with Derm Come True. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
  • Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your WhatsApp number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 on all orders across Pakistan.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Bank Transfer

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable or does not respond:

  • The courier will make one additional delivery attempt.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to Derm Come True.
  • Customers who wish to have the order shipped again may request redelivery by paying an additional Rs. 150 shipping fee.
